How do I use the SOMA Vacuum Body Sculptor?
FOR BODY
- Remove all jewellery and metal accessories.
- Ensure the device is fully charged for at least 2 hours before use.
- Press the Power button to turn on the device. Press again to switch between modes and ensure BODY mode is selected.
- Attach the suction cup securely and place it flat against the treatment area.
- Apply your selected treatment gel to clean, dry skin.
- Press the EMS button to activate the electro-muscle stimulation function. Continue pressing to cycle through the three intensity levels.
- Press the LIPO button to activate the vacuum therapy. Adjust the intensity by pressing the button multiple times.
- The Red LED light therapy activates automatically when the device is in use and runs at a single intensity level.
- Once the cup is placed on the skin, wait for suction to take effect - you’ll feel a gentle pulling as the skin lifts inside the cup.
- Allow the suction to release automatically, then repeat this suction and release action up to three times per treatment area.
- Begin at intensity level 1, increasing gradually based on comfort and sensitivity.
- Start from the bottom of the body part and move upwards, focusing on areas such as the arms, legs, waist, buttocks, back and abdomen.
- Press and hold the RELEASE button at any time to manually release the suction and move to another area.
FOR FACE
- Apply your selected treatment gel to clean, dry skin.
- Remove the suction cup and turn on the device, ensuring FACE mode is selected.
- Press the EMS button to activate the function and continue pressing to select the desired intensity level.
- Glide the metal probes gently over the skin in slow upward motions, avoiding the eye area.
- Use for 10 minutes per session, up to four times per week for best results.
- Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds to power down the device.
- Wipe the device clean with a soft, dry cloth after each use.

No. You can return to normal activities immediately after each session. Mild warmth or redness may appear but this will fade within a short time.
What should I do for aftercare?

Avoid hot showers or saunas for at least 24 hours after treatment to prevent irritation or overstimulation.
