SECTION 1 – Refunds & Returns
All conditions outlined below comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Consumer Rights & Guarantees.
We take hygiene, safety and customer satisfaction seriously and will always do our best to assist where applicable.
Before purchasing, please read all product descriptions and follow the treatment and hygiene instructions provided to ensure safe and correct use of your device and accessories. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Change of Mind
Our Risk-Free Money Back Guarantee lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.
If you change your mind within this period, you are entitled to a full refund, provided the product is:
- Unused and in original packaging
- In good physical condition
- Not opened, used or tested for hygiene reasons
Please note that once a microneedling cartridge or skincare item has been opened, used or unsealed, it cannot be returned due to hygiene and health safety regulations.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo or video showing the issue.
There is no time limit under Australian Consumer Law for reporting faulty goods, however we encourage you to notify us promptly so we can resolve it quickly.
If your product is faulty and we request its return, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds Not Applicable
Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered if:
- The 14-day change of mind period has passed
- The product has been opened, used or tampered with (for hygiene reasons)
- You changed your mind or found the item cheaper elsewhere
- You purchased the wrong model or misused the product contrary to the instructions
- You knew of a fault before purchase
Due to the intimate and skin-contact nature of microneedling devices, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cartridges serums or accessories, even within the 14-day period, unless the item is confirmed faulty.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To organise a return or refund, please contact us via our Contact Us section with your order number and reason for request.
Please avoid contacting us through social media for refund requests, as messages can be missed.
If a return is approved:
- A return address will be provided.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind refunds.
- For faulty items, we cover return shipping as required by Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval and product inspection (if applicable).
SECTION 2 – Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account or payment app again.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
- If the issue persists, please contact us through our Contact Us section so we can follow up on your behalf.
SECTION 3 – Return Shipping Costs
- We cover shipping costs if your product is faulty and you are asked to return it.
- You cover return shipping costs for change-of-mind refunds within 14 days, where the product remains unopened and unused.
Anything outside the above conditions will be reviewed at our discretion, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
FINAL NOTES
For health and safety reasons, microneedling cartridges and skincare products cannot be resold or reused once opened. This protects all customers and maintains strict hygiene standards.
